    Supreme Court cuts corners

In France the Supreme Court cuts corners in the International Convention on Nuclear Safety.

The nuclear safety rules highlighted below have been violated deliberately, for profit sake. When Tommaso Fronte raised the alert he was fired and the Supreme Court ruled against him. The obligations of the International Convention on Nuclear Safety where totally ignored and behind a semblance of legality France has breached the international law.

AREVA, the French nuclear operator, was strongly supported by the national administartion in punishing Tommaso Fronte after he reported non-conforming supply of safety equipment (Koeberg , Tihange ...) and fake technical assistance intended to secure abusively public funds from the European Commission.
